Affordable work-live studios come in a variety of sizes and configurations ranging from 900 sq. ft. to 2300 sq. ft.

STUDIO AMENITIES

High ceilings support a diversity of artistic disciplines.
8 ft. corridors and 4’ 10” entry doors support loading and unloading.
Frequently-spaced electrical outlets support flexibility and ease of use.
An open layout supports artist resident build-out to suit individual artistic discipline needs, and flexibility over time as needs change.

If you have an Artist Certificate from the Mayor’s Office of Arts & Culture and are interested in renting a work-live studio at Midway Artist Studios, please fill out the contact form below to submit an inquiry.
