EVENTS & GALLERY EXHIBITIONS

One of Boston’s Thriving Arts Neighborhoods.

Midway is a part of Fort Point, home to the oldest and largest artist community in New England. Midway is comprised of 89 artist work-live studios and an entire ground floor of cultural organizations and companies. We are surrounded by 3 other artist buildings (249 A Street, 300 Summer Street, 63 Melcher Street), and dozens of more artist work-live studios under construction in the coming years.

OPERA + COMMUNITY STUDIOS

The Opera and Community Studios is a two-story 14,640 Sq. Ft space that boasts exposed beams, a unique two-floor layout with mezzanine, fully built-out systems, offices, bathrooms, multiple dedicated entrances, loading dock access, and elevator access. It is a blend of modern and turn of the century industrial interior beauty unrivaled in the Boston area.

CULTURAL PARTNERS

Over the last decade, Midway Artist Collective has transformed the ground floor from primarily commercial to primarily cultural, including: shared community studios, owner-managed arts amenities, community-defined production space, exhibition space, presenting spaces, and home to some of Boston’s most diverse emerging and established arts organizations.
